About:

Fernland Historical Park is one of four City parks in Montgomery, Tx, displaying wonderful examples of early Texas frontier architecture.

Mission:

Fernland Historical Park's mission is to display & preserve early examples of homes and log cabins built in the pre- and post-civil war eras.  Fernland Historical Park includes a museum and educational center that enhances the quality of life for City residents and offers educational opportunities for the public.

General Information:

Park Hours with Docent on duty:

  • Closed on Mondays. 
  • 9am - 3pm Tuesday - Saturday. 
  • 12pm - 4pm Sunday.

Please note: we close for any inclement weather.
