Francisco “Pancho” Salas

Pancho has been with the City of Montgomery since October 2017. He was also with the City of Conroe for 6 years before joining us. His favorite food and drink is "Everything". Those that know Pancho well know that this is a true statement. There is not a meal he has met that he didn't like (except for the Russian Borscht incident). When he is not at work he enjoys rest and relaxation. One thing you might not know about Pancho is he speaks fluent Spanish. Pancho is licensed through TCEQ as a Water Distribution and Wastewater Collection operator. One thing on his bucket list is to go deep sea fishing.
