Traffic Concerns

Please assist our Department with our efforts to maintain and improve the safety of our public roadways.  If you are aware of a dangerous condition or a continual traffic violation problem please use the form below to report it us. This form should be used only to report concerns located within the city limits of Montgomery. If the area of concern is outside the city limits, please contact the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office to assistance.

Please use this form ONLY to report any concerns you have regarding traffic issues, such as excessive speeding.  To submit a non traffic concern tip, go to Submit a Tip and complete that form. 

Refer to this map of the city limits when reporting any traffic concerns. The Montgomery Police Department only has jurisdiction in the areas outlined in black. If the location of your concern is outside this area, please contact the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.

Please be as specific as possible, i.e. the 20100 block of Eva St. or the intersection of Liberty St and Lone Star Parkway
Please use specific hours of occurrence, do not use vague times such as morning or afternoon. (i.e. 7-9am or 6pm)
