About the Police Department

The Montgomery Police Department and Montgomery Municipal Court will not call and ask for payment of any fines/warrants using gift cards or bitcoin. If you receive a call stating that you have a warrant and you're concerned about it being a scam, please hang up and call the Montgomery Police Department directly at 936-597-6866.
